This includes the communities of Oakley, Hyde Park, Fairfax, Mariemont, Madeira, Pleasant Ridge, Norwood, Kennedy Heights, Silverton, Deer Park, Kenwood, Golf Manor, Roselawn, Amberly Village, Mt. Lookout, Linwood, Reading, St. Bernard and Mt. Washington.

Apartments
Our facilities includes 189 apartments that are equipped with cable TV hookup, heating and air conditioning that the resident controls, electric range, refrigerator, disposal, wall to wall carpeting and generous closet/cabinet space.

Rent
Market rent and subsidized rent programs are available to accommodate any financial situation. Subsidized rents are based on the resident’s income, allowing for rates far below market levels, making our apartments affordable for everyone. St. Paul Village combines affordable rates with a quality living standard that makes us one of the best values in the Cincinnati area for seniors.

Independence Coordinators
Unique to St. Paul Village is our fulltime Independence Coordinator that assists and advises our residents on accessing services they need to remain independent. This is a free service to all St. Paul Village residents and provides “peace of mind” to their adult children.

There are countless opportunities to interact with the neighbors at St. Paul Village. Our Senior’s Club, which is controlled by the residents, sponsors trips to: Reds games, Coney Island, restaurants and grocery shopping. St. Paul Village also provides ceramic workshops, bible studies, dinner dances, internet access in our community web room and a beauty salon.
