Why Move to St. Paul Village?

From our convenient location, comfortable floor plans, free shuttle service and beautiful grounds, St. Paul Village offers all the comforts of home and more plus an affordable price.
 In general, seniors are eligible for many governmental and support programs, however, understanding all of the paperwork to sign up can be challenging. At St. Paul Village, all residents have free access to our Independence Coordinator. This role specializes in being knowledgeable about the many programs available to seniors today through local, state and federal agencies. The Independence Coordinator will advise and assist our residents through the process. This “peace of mind” service is very valuable to the adult children of our residents.
